Nepar Eco-Lodge features a two-story design with a 120 square meter footprint, situated in a 7,000 square meter garden. Each floor is a complete suite, offering a sense of peace and harmony with nature through its indigenous architecture and beautiful garden views.

Each floor accommodates up to 15 people and includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen, refrigerator, TV, dining table, and private bathroom facilities (Western toilet, Iranian toilet, and shower). The first floor also features a double bed. The first floor is heated and cooled with a gas heater and ceiling fan, while the upper floor has a gas heater and air conditioning unit.
