The upper floor includes 2 seven-person rooms and one 10-person room, each with a bed. The lower floor features an independent 25-person unit with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, hall, Western toilet and bathroom, seating area, and a large porch.

The upper-floor rooms do not have private bathrooms, so guests are kindly requested to use the shared bathroom facilities on the upper-floor terrace. The upper-floor terrace also has a small kitchen with basic cooking facilities, as well as an Iranian toilet and another bathroom located inside the garden.
